Born and raised in the South Bay Area, Esha K. grew up with a fiery passion for music, a passion whose flame has continued to fuel her through her every waking moment. Her love for music spans over every aspect of the industry: from networking with other music professionals to taking the stage herself.

 

Esha K. has performed both nationally and internationally; from taking the stage at the Isaac Stern Auditorium in Carnegie Hall to spending several months producing and releasing her own music with the help of a GRAMMY-winning producer, she is no stranger to the life of a performing and recording artist. As a teenager, Esha K. recognized her passion for music and managed her own career for several years. In the process, she played the roles of manager, booking agent, publicist, social media manager, and more.

 

While she continues to maintain her career as a professional touring and recording artist, Esha K. has always been passionate about supporting other up and coming artists. As the co-CEO and the first artist to sign to Ripped Jeans Records, Esha K. is a big asset to the RJR family.

Majhon Phillips is internationally recognized for her work with upcoming artists and developmental management.

 

Holding degrees in language, music, and education, as well as a long history of working in Silicon Valley PR, Majhon’s style includes a mix of helping artists discover their unique voices, coaching, and publicity.

 

As the founder of Music As Language, she has helped foster and develop artists who have appeared on-stage from Bay Area Friday Night Music Series events all the way to Carnegie Hall.

 

At Ripped Jeans Records (RJR), Majhon works with managing, marketing, booking, planning, and public relations for the label and its artists.

Currently based out of New York City, Majhon manages the east coast operations for Ripped Jeans Records and Music As Language.
